If you have a high fever, use a damp cloth to wipe your body. Avoid cold showers. and taking paracetamol (Paracetamol) occasionally with a fever or severe sore throat. (Avoid taking aspirin because there may be an allergic reaction to the drug and Rey"s syndrome)
